The French Onion Soup Burger Is A Fad That Should Stick For As Long As Possible

Who doesn't love a good French Onion Soup? It's obviously up there with the best soups joining Seafood Bisques, Clam Chowders, and Chicken Noodle...so why not throw all those ingredients and make it into a burger if you can? That's exactly what this place River Mill on Long Island did and jeez LOUISE it tasted just like a French Onion Soup. VERY impressive yet I can't say I'm surprised as I've gone here a lot and it's just one of those places you can tell has a legitimate chef making and cooking that wonderful menu. Bravo!
